Training in Martial arts from a place that teaches how martial arts should be is the best thing for a person of any age group, especially for the kids as it develops their body and mind and over a period of years in training the spirit also is developed making a person a much better human being. Having dedicated 27 years in martial arts I have not come across even 1 true martial artist who is violent. Martial artists are very peaceful people.
