Students overcoming obstacles.

At Jukaado we train in virtually everything. Our moto is - TRAIN TILL YOU DROP and our aim is - To be ready for anything.  The students were made to complete 10 grueling rounds of a circuit full of obstacles. Before they started the obstacle circuit they had already done a good warm up, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and 100 leg raises.  The obstacle circuit consisted of crossing through two tyres, crawling below a school bus, balancing across 2 inch thick pole, climbing up and getting down a wall with a grill without using the legs to go up, spider walk and finally a jump over a border wall. They were running between each obstacle.  At Jukaado every day is a boot camp and every training session gets you closer to becoming super fit.

Simulation of being able to kick after getting disoriented by a hard punch / kick to the head.

In a fight one could get kicked or punched in the head. A strike with good power can not only disorient you for some time but could also knock you out cold. We can not do anything if we are knocked out, however if we are just disoriented we can fight back if we train for it. When we get disoriented we loose our ability to balance, focus as well as gauge the distance between our attacker and ourselves. If we do not fight back when disoriented there is a very good chance that another strike which may not be too hard, will surely knock us out.  The aim of the training is to get the body disoriented and giddy then try to strike the bag as fast as possible.  Do not try this on your own. Always train under supervision of a trainer who is well experienced in what you are training.
